We're travelers and vacationers just like you. We've traveled around the world and in the end, settled in Phuket- it's a great place, a great destination. Phuket is a wonderful place to spend a few days or a few weeks or a lifetime.
The Phuket Resorts website is owned and managed by Webworks Asia Co., Ltd. Working with hotels and resorts around Phuket and around Thailand, we discovered a problem- the direct links to many major hotels and resorts can NOT easily be found via a search engine. If you search Google using the term "Phuket Resorts," you will find Agoda, Late Stays, Hotel Thailand, Phuket.com etc. You will find hotel "portals" like these but you will find surprisingly few actual hotels. Furthermore, if you search for a specific hotel, often you will again not find that hotel but you will find portals (that list the hotel/resort). Bottom line- it can be challenging to get to the resort's own website. And so it can be difficult to book directly with the hotel resort.
We want to link you DIRECTLY to the hotel resort. Our database does NOT include portals.
Why is it important to go directly to the hotel or resort website?
- the hotel/resort's website is always the most up-to-date (with special offers, seasonal specials, packages)
- it's much easier to chage or cancel your booking if you have booked directly with the hotel/resort
- some hotels/resorts will negotiate (try that through one of the portals)
- the hotel/resort's own website provides the most complete "picture"- most portals just provide 1 single page per hotel/resort
